I recently had the opportunity to be interviewed by Dr. Wanda Lee MacPhee at the Center for Epigenetic Expression about detoxing our home. “The Centre for Epigenetic Expression is a Chiropractic think-tank created by Dr. Wanda Lee MacPhee, Dr. Michael Acanfora, and Dr. Noah De Koyer.” They desire to help people live an innately healthy lifestyle. They are “passionate about bridging the gap between the Chiropractic Lifestyle, the public, and the Holistic Wellness Community. Their mission is to educate, empower, and inspire.” The Center for Epigenetic Expression has developed 2 online health summits: The Pain Relief Project and The Longevity & Anti-Aging Project. These 2 projects have brought education and awareness to many through the numerous health experts they interviewed.
Dr. Wanda Lee is one of the hosts of their podcast called Beyond Your Wildest Genes. I enjoyed speaking with her. She has a genuine interest in the topic we discussed and understands how toxins have had an impact on people’s lives.
Detoxing Our Home Is So Important
During the interview, we discussed what toxins are and what ingredients we should be on the lookout for. When it comes to harmful toxins, detoxing our home is so important. There are toxins that we need to be aware of in each room of our home. Even though we are bombarded by toxins today, we can go a long way in the effort to minimize them and control our environment if we know what to look for.
I want to thank Dr. Wanda Lee for interviewing me regarding this important topic! I encourage you to subscribe to their podcast and listen to their other interviews too.
