Do You Want a Healthy Home? The Healthy Home Planner Makes it Easy

Everyone wants a healthy home environment, right? What if I told you that most homes are hazardous to your health? That’s right, indoor air can be more harmful than outdoor air!

So many of the products we bring into our homes are filled with chemical ingredients that can be harmful to our health.

According to the EPA,

In the last several years, a growing body of scientific evidence has indicated that the air within homes and other buildings can be more seriously polluted than the outdoor air in even the largest and most industrialized cities.”

Several things contribute to the fact that the indoor air of our home is becoming more and more harmful. There are many untested chemicals that are used in everyday household items such as cleaning products, personal care items, cookware and furniture in addition to the material that was used in the construction of your home.

Additionally, your home may be a breeding ground for mold. Mold is something to take seriously as it can create a myriad of health challenges.

So What is a Healthy Home Anyway?

While we are bombarded by an onslaught of toxins in our home, there are still ways to have a healthy home. It takes some research and education, but it is possible to make our home a health haven instead of someplace that’s going to negatively impact our health.

Once we learn about safe brands or ways to make our own products, we can begin reducing our exposure to harmful chemicals.

So Where Do You Fall?

  • Are you someone who has read about studies that mention how chemicals in cleaning and skin care products can be harmful to your health, but you don’t know which brands have harmful ingredients, or which brands you can trust.
  • Are you someone who reads food labels because you know how important food is to your health, however, you have never considered reading the labels of the products that you’re putting on your skin or hair?
  • Are you someone who knows there are things you can be doing to create a healthier home environment, but you don’t know where to begin. You don’t have tons of time to do the research.
  • Or are you someone who tries their best to create a comfortable home, but is rather overwhelmed by trying to keep up with everything?

I Want to Help You Remove the Overwhelm

I personally know how overwhelming it can be to begin researching and making changes in a home. Years ago, I didn’t know where to begin. Honestly, I didn’t even know that many of the products I was using were causing me any harm.

However, the improvements I ultimately made became life-changing. Due to the things I’ve learned, I will never go back to shopping the way I used to.

I know the amount of time it takes to do the research and what goes into making needed changes to reduce hidden household toxins.

That’s why I’m excited to share with you something new!

It’s called the Healthy Home Planner.

Within 52 weeks, those actionable steps will add up. You will have taken some serious steps towards having a healthy home without harmful chemicals.

Healthy Home Tips

The Healthy Home Planner gives you weekly and monthly calendars with areas for your to-do’s and goals. The weekly calendars also provide areas for a gratitude journal, meal plans, and grocery lists.

The planner not only provides you with a weekly and monthly planner for your regular activities, but it will also educate you about some of the products in your home which can be harmful to your health. It shares with you items in each room which you should remove and replace with a healthier option.

In addition to removing toxic household products in order to make your home healthier, it’s also necessary to keep your home clean from the chemicals that can reside in dust. The planner provides checklists to help you keep track of weekly and seasonal cleaning.

If you choose to make your own products, the planner provides you with an area to keep all of your DIY recipes in one place. It also gives you DIY labels to cut out and add to the products you make.

Finally, the planner provides resource guides for product labels and websites which will help you on your journey.

Are you ready to make your home healthier in 2019? The Healthy Home Planner will help you do just that!
