Affiliate Agreement

This agreement is between Living Natural Today and Living Natural Today affiliates. This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application, and will continue unless terminated.

Affiliate Obligations

Affiliate applications are evaluated before being approved. We may reject your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program, including if it:

• Does not relate to a like-minded audience.
• Is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to terminate your Affiliate Agreement immediately and without notice should you commit fraud in your use of the Living Natural Today Affiliate Program, or should you abuse this program in any way. If such fraud or abuse is detected, Living Natural Today shall not be liable to you for any commissions for such fraudulent sales.

Either you or we may end this Affiliate Agreement at any time by giving the other party written notice in the form of email. In addition, this Agreement will terminate immediately upon any breach of this Agreement by you.

As a member of the Living Natural Today Affiliate Program, you will have access to an Affiliate Account Manager. Living Natural Today uses AffiliateWP for their affiliate program. You can access your affiliate account with the user name and passcode you created when you originally signed up to be an affiliate. There, you will be able to access your html affiliate link. In order for us to accurately keep track of your sales, you must use your individual HTML affiliate link for any banner, text link, or other marketing piece you use to promote the program.

Promotion

You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles Living Natural Today’s website or leads customers to believe you are Living Natural Today.

If you intend to promote our program via email campaigns, please abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

Product

Affiliates receive commissions of 40% for all sales generated via their affiliate link. However, they will not receive a commission if the program was refunded. The 14-day online program to minimize toxins in your home allows for a 100% refund under our Risk-Free Guarantee. The customer may request a refund before receiving the Day #3 email.

Payment

Affiliate commissions are paid on a monthly lump-sum basis via PayPal, at the end of the month following the month in which the purchase was made. This is to allow for any refunds that may be requested under our Risk-Free Guarantee program which allows for a 100% refund for the 14-day online program if cancelled before receiving the Day #3 Email.

Payments will be made to the PayPal email address provided.

Affiliates are paid commission on the purchased program price. Therefore, if a customer applies a discount code, or if they purchase during a promotion period, you are paid on the amount they actually paid. Living Natural Today reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
